HomeGain Referral Partner Program
The HomeGain Referral Partner Program provides rewards to real estate professionals and others who refer new agent and broker customers to HomeGain. How it works:
- Tell a friend or associate about our online marketing programs - either contact HomeGain at 866-366-6604 or via email with the potential customers' information or potential customers can call HomeGain and mention who referred them.
- If the referred agent who signs up for one of our programs remains an active member with HomeGain for at least 30 days, we will reward you (see rewards payments below).
Who Can Participate?
- Active HomeGain members.*
- Real estate related businesses** (i.e. Multi-State Brokers, Website and/or CRM companies) may participate and will be approved on an individual basis. (Please contact us for more details.)
Who Can Be Referred?
- This program is only for referrals of new HomeGain clients who sign up for at least one HomeGain product, including: BuyerLink™, BuyerLink™ Plus, AgentView, AgentEvaluator® and AIMS.
- Past and current HomeGain clients are not eligible to be referred for credit or a referral fee with this program.
*Referral Payment for Active HomeGain Agent Members: Referring agent members will receive the following one-time credits for each referral after the first month of successful billing. HomeGain will credit the HomeGain member's account within 45 days of the first completed billing with 30 days of active subscription by the newly referred client.
- BuyerLink™: $50 account credit
- BuyerLink™ Plus: $50 account credit
- AIMS: $50 account credit
- AgentView: $25 account credit
- AgentEvaluator® $15 account credit
**Referral Payment for Non-HomeGain Members: Referrers will receive the following one-time referral fee for each referral after the first month of successful billing. HomeGain will issue the referral fee to the non-HomeGain member within 45 days of the first completed billing with 30 days of active subscription by the newly referred client.
- BuyerLink™: $25 referral fee
- BuyerLink™ Plus: $25 referral fee
- AIMS: $25 referral fee
- AgentView: $15 referral fee
- AgentEvaluator® $10 referral fee
Restrictions:
- Not valid in combination with any other HomeGain promotion or discount.
- Limit two (2) referrals per month.
- Must be an active HomeGain member for at least three months.
- HomeGain retains the right to alter or cancel this program at any time with or without notice to participants.
