Aloha, here is my first blog. I was born and raised in Hawaii which offers an interesting perspective on the Real Estate industry. Having your favorite surf spots as a child overrun by homes, traffic and people can be a bit disheartening but then there is always the wonderful side of real estate and that is working with people to secure their home and future. I got into real estate because I wanted to help people. It is something I would do for free if I knew my kids could eat on free. It is a passionate career choice which allows one he freedom to assist others and grow one's own knowledge. There is no shortage of dynamics in Real Estate, from boom years to bust, the pendulum is always in full swing, meaning us Realtors have to keep on our toes. In this blog, I want to cover the topics that concern my clients, day in and day out as well as thoughts and ideas I can offer as a Graduate student (MBA) in business and a member of Hawaii's community. Not to mention the rarity of being a Native Hawaiian in the land business. God bless and I wish all happy endeavors in real estate
