Classified Ventures Announces Homescape® and HomeGain® to Exhibit at 2008 National Association of REALTORS® Conference and Expo

Chicago, IL - October 30, 2008 - Chicago-based Classified Ventures, LLC, a strategic joint venture owned by five major media companies, is pleased to announce that Homescape and HomeGain will be exhibiting at the 2008 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Conference and Expo November 7-10 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. This marks Homescape's third time exhibiting, and HomeGain's fifth successive return to the show.

Both Homescape and HomeGain will showcase the new features and capabilities of their Web sites at the show. Homescape, the leading online provider of local, comprehensive real estate property listings and rich content, will debut its newly launched Green Initiative that identifies and marks listings with green features, our Green Buying Guide for consumers, the Foreclosure Guide for consumers, and mobile text lead service for agents and brokers. Since the last time Homescape exhibited, they have added a consumer-focused blog, Opening Doors, re-skinned their national home page and added enhanced mapping capabilities with Google Street View.

HomeGain, a leading provider of online marketing solutions that connect real estate agents and brokers with home buyers and sellers, will feature their recently launched AgentView product. AgentView is an exclusive marketing system for real estate agents to showcase their business assets to consumers, giving agents online exposure of their photo, contact information, professional bio, website, home listings, and agent blog. HomeGain's orange gorilla, Max, will make his second annual appearance at the booth. Visitors will also have a chance to meet one-on-one with special guests, Mitch Ribak, Broker/Owner of Tropical Realty, and Joseph Ferrara, Real Estate Broker and Publisher of Sellsius Real Estate Blog, during its "Meet the Experts" sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Homescape, booth #3331, and HomeGain, booth #3231, will each offer giveaways and prizes, including cash prizes and stuffed animals, at the Expo.

The 2008 NAR Conference and Expo will feature thousands of product and service innovations, expose show attendees to new ideas and productivity tools designed to save time and teach REALTOR's® more efficient ways to work and make more money in today's challenging market by more than 500 exhibitors.
