HomeGain Launches Third Annual Agent Appreciation Campaign

October marks HomeGain's annual campaign to celebrate its real estate professional customers

Emeryville, CA - October 1, 2008 - HomeGain, a leading provider of online marketing solutions that connect real estate agents and brokers with home buyers and sellers, today announced the launch of its third annual real estate Agent Appreciation Campaign in order to thank its customers for their support and loyalty.

As part of the campaign, HomeGain is providing its real estate agents with complimentary white papers, a downloadable version of Home Sale Maximizer™ and other special gifts, and encouraging agents to participate in a video contest.

This year HomeGain is featuring two complimentary white papers: "Nine Ways to Increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty", which adds value to a real estate agent's business; and "Fifty Reasons To Use a Buyer's Agent", which highlights the value that real estate agents bring to the home buying and selling process.

HomeGain also announced the availability of a downloadable version of its Home Sale Maximizer tool for agents to display on their websites. Home Sale Maximizer is an online resource that helps homeowners identify key repairs for getting their homes ready for sale, and that can result in a higher sale price for their homes.

In addition, HomeGain is conducting a video contest. HomeGain agents are encouraged to submit a short video about their real estate practices. All agents submitting videos will receive a "Max Package" consisting of Max the HomeGain gorilla, a Max pen, a Max travel mug and a Max button. HomeGain's marketing team will judge the entries and select three winners who will receive video camcorders.
