HomeGain.com Launches Service To Match Homebuyers With Real Estate Agents

Registered Agents Now Have Access To Twice As Many Potential Customers

Emeryville, CA - HomeGain.com today announced a new service to assist homebuyers in their pursuit of the best real estate agent representation. Previously available only to home sellers, the matching service allows homebuyers to request proposals from real estate agents and make informed decisions based on their specific qualifications. With the addition of the buyer matching service, HomeGain.com now provides both buyers and sellers with the tools to ensure that the biggest purchase of their lives is a pleasant and successful experience.

"By expanding our services into the home buying arena, we're able to help all homeowners find the right real estate professional to help them buy or sell a home," said Bradley Inman, CEO of HomeGain.com. "For registered real estate agents on HomeGain.com, the matching service effectively doubles the value of the site by giving them access to an even larger database of potential customers."

The launch of services for homebuyers comes as HomeGain.com begins a multi-million dollar consumer marketing campaign in major cities nationwide. The campaign will include extensive online, radio and print advertising, and is expected to drive both home sellers and buyers to the site in record numbers.

"HomeGain.com has been an invaluable marketing tool, and I'm excited that it will now include services for the other half of my customer base," said Donna Gola, an agent in Seattle who recently sold two homes through HomeGain.com. "I already receive dozens of prospective leads each week from HomeGain.com, and that number will likely double with the addition of homebuyer services. I look forward to increasing my exposure among local homebuyers and sellers."

HomeGain.com's new features will allow homebuyers to evaluate real estate agents by instantly ranking and comparing proposals from a number of local agents - anonymously - before choosing the agent with which they want to pursue a new home. After completing a simple online form, the homebuyer creates an anonymous profile that indicates location preferences, price expectations, anticipated timetable and preferred house details. This profile is then submitted into HomeGain.com's database and available to all registered real estate agents.

Real estate agents then deliver an service proposal directly to the buyer via their private "inbox" at HomeGain.com. Along with a detailed proposal, agents can provide a brief summary of local experience and productivity, as well as testimonials from previous clients and a video profile.

Homebuyers will also have access to HomeGain.com's online tools and calculators, helping them evaluate potential costs involved throughout the home buying process. HomeGain.com's real estate library has expanded to include thousands of articles, consumer guides and online tools for homebuyers.
