New Survey Results: Where Do REALTORS® Think Home Prices Are Heading?

Last month HomeGain announced the results of its nationwide home prices survey of nearly 1,100 current and former HomeGain Realtor® members.

The results of the 3rd quarter HomeGain Realtor Survey on Home Prices show that since the first quarter, HomeGain members are of the opinion that home prices are stabilizing and will continue to do so.
69% of HomeGain members believe that home prices will remain the same in the next six months.

The survey revealed that Realtors feel that buyers still expect bargains and sellers still believe their homes are worth more than buyers think they are and more than what their Realtors are telling them they are worth.

We also asked our members whether they approved or disapproved of President Obama’s performance. What did they say?

Q: How does the new video feature on AgentEvaluator work?           
  

A: That’s right, we have recently rolled out a new feature for AgentEvaluator® that will enable you to upload videos into your proposals!

With this new video functionality, you can upload any professional introduction video you have on YouTube and it will automatically be included in every proposal you send on AgentEvaluator. In addition to helping you make more of a personal connection with prospects, uploading a video will also automatically trigger a video icon to be included by your name in the consumer’s summary view. This new icon will help you to get more consumers to read your proposals and watch your video!

New Toll-Free Number For AgentView Members

AgentView agents now can track the calls they are getting! AgentView agents will be able to get the following benefits:

1. Up to two toll free numbers for each contact number you supply (office and mobile)

2. Forwarding of all calls to the numbers you indicate in your Agent Profile page.

3. A voice notification before every call informing you that the call is being generated from a consumer that saw you on AgentView.

4. You will get an email for every call that you missed with information of the caller’s number and location.

5. You don’t pay for these calls! The feature is free and the calls are free!

In the very near future you will be able to see all the details of each call (the time and duration of the call, the caller’s number and location) right in your Agent Home page.

With this update, AgentEvaluator prospects are now able to view your consumer testimonials directly on your proposal page. Entering as many testimonials as you can into your account will now help improve your match rates more than ever.
