New Real Estate Survey Results
Are Buyers and Sellers Getting More Realistic on Home Price Expectations?
This year, HomeGain is surveying its members each quarter on their opinions on home prices and the Obama stimulus package.
Second quarter home prices survey results were published on the HomeGain Blog
last week and already the story has been picked up in over 20 publications, including: Boston Globe, LA Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Dallas Morning News, Baltimore Sun, REALTOR Magazine, Dallas Magazine, The Real Estate Channel, St. Louis Post, CBS Money Watch and Cox Radio.

HomeGain Adds Street View to AgentView Maps
Now when visitors use HomeGain's instant home values tool to check home prices or search comparative and recent home sales, they can view homes as if they were standing in front of them.
The street view feature not only provides a photo of the home searched, but allows visitors to "walk" the street to view adjacent homes and to get a general visual sense of the neighborhood.
