“I have been in real estate for six years and have seen the highs and lows of the market here in Arizona. As of this month we are at the highest in listing volume we have ever been. With over 50,000 agents to compete against it has been the hardest season to gain clients.

Fortunately, and to my surprise, since I joined HomeGain last year, my business has increased by 70%. I am now the Top Agent in my office due to my networking with HomeGain.

I tried several other lead generator services to help expand my business and allow myself to get outside of my original network of clients. Those companies gave me cold leads with no return. Not to mention the six-month contract that I was locked into, thus making it a very expensive mistake.

Reading winning proposals by top HomeGain agents was very beneficial. They encouraged me to think outside of the box that we Realtors can get stuck in. I took several ideas from each one, along with my own ideas, and have had tremendous success thus far.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of HomeGain. It is the only Internet referral company that I am aware of that actually cares about their members. The tools that HomeGain has to offer outshine any other Internet referral company to date. Without this service, I don’t think I would be able to make it an attainable goal of opening up my own Brokerage in 2008.”

To enhance your proposals by showcasing your network of professionals you know and trust, click the "Proposal Templates" tab at the top of your AgentEvaluator Control Center. Then click on "Preferred Vendors" in the navigation bar on the left side. You can provide up to three professionals for each category. The vendor categories are Mortgage, Insurance, Title/Escrow, Inspection and Repair. To enter a Preferred Vendor, select the vendor category from the drop-down then enter in their information and click "submit" to save the information.
