“I knew coming into this industry that I would need to use technology to connect with people initially before a face-to-face opportunity,” stated Toni. “It was really a matter of trying a few programs to see what worked best for me.”

Toni’s proposals initially were focused heavily on her credentials and experience. She changed her proposals to reflect more about the clients’ needs, and what she can do for them. She also uses lead management and drip marketing email systems to keep in touch with people.


“I’m extreme on follow up. I have multiple email marketing systems set up to keep me in touch with any and all potential clients. A great success story is Al Burgard. Al contacted me through HomeGain about 6 months ago. I emailed him a seller proposal. Even though he listed with another Realtor®, I continued to stay in touch with him. About 4 months later, he contacted me to schedule a listing appointment on another property that he owned. I sold that property and shortly after, he contacted me to list his personal home. (The one that was previously listed with another Realtor®.) I now have that home listed and also recently assisted him in buying another home! The power of patience and consistent contact is powerful!”

Several of the referrals I am receiving from AgentEvaluator are from miles away -- Santa Rosa, Los Angeles and other counties that are just too far to travel. Especially in this market when homes are taking longer to sell. How do I remove these leads so I can focus on leads only in my areas?

Dear Kim,


From time to time, agents who subscribe to AgentEvaluator ask us why they may receive leads in ZIP codes outside their specified market area. These are additional leads which HomeGain refers to as "Bonus Leads". 

 

Some of these leads may be located outside your main market area, perhaps making servicing difficult.  If that is the case, you may elect not to receive these Bonus Leads if you wish. 

 

Simply log in to your account and go to your Personal Profile page located in the "My Account" section. Scroll half-way down the page, and de-select the option to "send me bonus leads in my area".
