Testimonials

Well done. Thank you for making a big life event, such as, selling a home bearable. Your service allowed us to navigate through the world of finding a real estate agent easy and quick. And best of all, your website was easy to read and understand.
Alyse was very helpful. We were relocating for another job and Alyse helped us with everything from pest control to furniture. I would recommend this agent for anyone that is going to close away from their real estate.

Clarksville, founded in 1785, is the county seat of Montgomery County, Tennessee and the fifth largest city in the state, just 40 miles northwest of Nashville. It is situated on the Cumberland River in Middle Tennessee, near the border with Kentucky.

The U.S. Census Bureau listed Clarksville as the 9th fastest growing city in the nation in July 2008. Clarksville has often been cited as an attractive city to own real estate, work, and do business, including:

City attractions include the Downtown Artist Co-Op known as the DAC, which sponsors art and cultural exhibits; Roxy Regional Theatre; City Arboretum; Ringgold Mill; Cumberland RiverWalk; Heritage Park; Historic Collinsville, a restored village on 40 acres; Clarksville Speedway; Port Royal State Park; King's Bluff Rock; and the historic Montgomery County Courthouse. The city also boasts many public art displays, such as statutes and memorials.

The city is very much a river city. Whether it's water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, boating, or the fabulous RiverWalk, residents and visitors enjoy the area's beautiful natural scenery.

Did You Know? The Customs House Museum and Cultural Center is the second largest general museum in the state. The new city slogan is "Tennessee's Top Spot", started in 2008.
