Consumer Feedback

" I think your service is wonderful! The site is an absolute resource for anyone selling real estate. The solicitation of proposals prior to talking to an agent is excellent, you can obtain a feel of the market and the agents' ""hard sell"" for your listing. Keep up the excellent work!"

South Carolina real estate information:

South Carolina was one of the original Thirteen Colonies to revolt against the British and was the 8th state to ratify the US constitution. In the Battle of Charleston Harbor in 1776, the palmetto-log built fort kept the British Navy at bay. South Carolina was therefore nicknamed the "Palmetto State". The official State Tree of South Carolina is also the Palmetto tree. South Carolina has a few more nicknames including "The Iodine State", "The Swamp State", and "The Rice State".

Although South Carolina is not home to any professional sports organizations, the Carolina Panthers and the Carolina Hurricanes, both located out of North Carolina, represent both North and South Carolina.

South Carolina borders North Carolina and Georgia. The most populated city and capital is Columbia. Manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism make the main components of South Carolina's economy making it the 28th largest economy in the United States. The major crops South Carolina grows include soybeans, cotton, and tobacco.

Did you know? Johnston, SC is known as the Peach Capital of World due to the city's large amount of peach farming.
