Home Gain was very helpful in finding an agent. Within 2 weeks I had over 15 proposals to choose from and the agent background information provided by Home Gain was valuable in making my final decision.
Choosing Jim Colahan as my agent was the best business decision I have ever made. This is the first time that as a seller and Jim guided me every step of the way. The whole process went smoothly and flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jim Colahan and

Philadelphia relocation

Philadelphia is located in Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is one of the oldest cities in the United States and has played many crucial roles in American history and the origin of American independence, democracy, and freedom. It is a city of rich historical and cultural amenities and like every large city, Philadelphia has many neighborhoods, each with its own identity. Some of these neighborhoods include Andorra, Old City, and Strawberry Mansion. Philadelphia offers a variety of housing options ranging from single family homes to condominiums. The downtown district, known as Center City, is broken up into a number of neighborhoods and districts and has an abundance of activities, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Some of the most popular historical landmarks include the city hall, which is the tallest masonry building in the world. Other landmarks include the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, the Edgar Allen Poe House, and Fairmount Park. For those who enjoy sports, Philadelphia is home to many award winning athletic teams such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, and the Philadelphia 76ers. The city is served by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, or SEPTA. SEPTA runs buses, trains, subways, trolleys, and trackless trolleys around downtown Philadelphia and into the residential neighborhoods. Two airports, Philadelphia International Airport and Northeast Philadelphia Airport, are located within the city limits. Philadelphia is also home to many prestigious colleges and universities such as the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson University, and Temple University. There are also many universities in close proximity to Philadelphia such as Pennsylvania State University and the impressive Villanova University.

Philadelphia real estate information:

Philly is famous for its cheese steaks, hoagies, soft pretzels, the Rocky Balboa Statue and the Liberty Bell (probably in that order). It is a fanatical sports town, home to the NFL Eagles, MLB Phillies, NHL Flyers, NBA 76'ers and NCAA Villanova Wildcats and Hawks of St. Joe's. The failure of its professional sports teams' winning the "big one" landed Philly #2 on ESPN's 2004 list of The Fifteen Most Tortured Sports Cities.

Did You Know? Philadelphia has more murals than any other U.S. city, thanks to the Department of Recreation's Mural Arts Program, formed in 1984 to beautify neighborhoods with public art and provide an outlet for graffiti artists.
