Miami, the largest urbanized area in the state of Florida is located in Miami-Dade County making up part of the Greater South Florida metropolitan area. There are many prestigious colleges and universities in Miami including the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University, plus notable secondary institutions. Miami offers its residence and visitors an excellent local public transportation program which includes the Metrorail, the Metrobus, and Tri-rail. Miami is divided into thirteen different residential, commercial, and business districts. The residential communities offer a wide selection of housing options. Currently, single family homes range between $650,000 and roughly $5 million. There are many new condominium projects underway as Miami's residential districts are seeing huge growth and change.
