Consumer Feedback

"Our agent had done her homework. She’d compared my mother’s home to other properties on the street and had a pricing strategy that made sense. She already had everything figured out. It took only six days on the market before she sold the property for what she told my mother we’d get for it."

Arkansas real estate information:

Arkansas became the 25th state of the United States of America on June 15, 1836. It is bordered by six other states including Missouri, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. Arkansas contains a number of preserved wilderness areas and has a diverse range of geography including the Ozark Mountains and lowlands around the Mississippi River.

The state's name comes from a French pronunciation of a Quapaw tribe word meaning "land of downriver people." The most populated city and capital of Arkansas is Little Rock.

Known for its extreme weather, Arkansas typically will see tornadoes, snow, ice storms, hail, and thunderstorms. On average Arkansas has 60 days of thunderstorms each year.
