One of Denver’s most interesting, convenient and stylish west side neighborhoods, Bear Valley real estate can be found near the intersection of Hampden Avenue (also known as Highway 285) and Sheridan Boulevard. Highway 285 connects C-470 and I-25, making it extremely convenient for the neighborhood’s residents to get to and from the surrounding communities, as well as the greater Denver metro area.

There are also neighborhood restaurants, as well as chain restaurants to be found in Bear Valley.

Many of the houses in Bear Valley were originally constructed in the 1960s and the 1970s. You’ll find a number of home styles, including two story, tri-levels and the ranch that the era is most known for. Smaller homes in Bear Valley tend to have around 1,500 square feet, while larger homes have twice that number of square feet or more. Lots tend to have mature trees and decent landscaping. Prices average around $122 per square foot in Bear Valley.
