During the 2008 year, we closed over $4.3 million in real estate transactions. We represented buyers and sellers in the Mililani, Ewa Beach, Aiea, Kaneohe, Waikiki, Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii Kai and Ala Moana market areas.

Kelly was raised in Los Angeles, California. He has been a real estate professional for over 17 years and was formerly a Senior Vice President for one of the largest S&P 500 Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). For many years, he successfully operated a $1.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio and was actively involved with the acquisition, development, leasing, and sales of these investment properties.

Kelly is retired from the United States Navy. His final assignment was as a program reserve officer working for the U.S. Pacific Command in Honolulu. He has over 24 years of military experience and formerly served as a Naval Aviator flying off of aircraft carriers such a the USS Enterprise and USS Constellation. He has earned a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the top ranked University of Texas at Austin graduate program and an undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Kelly has extensive real estate knowledge within the Honolulu and west coast mainland areas. He owns several multi-family apartment buildings in the Honolulu area and is accustomed to handling real estate transactions of tremendous value and complexity.
