Jim Adkins has been a licensed Florida REALTOR with Wagner Realty since 2004. Before he moved permanently to Florida he was a resident of the wonderful state of Kentucky, where, for 25 years, he practiced real estate law and owned a title company. During those 25 years of practicing law Jim also became a dedicated land developer and immersed himself in the construction, renovation and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, from 1990 to 1998, Jim was the owner and operator of a 150-unit full service suites hotel, restaurant and nightclub in Southern Ohio.
