Chuck entered the real estate industry in 1991 after a successful 20 year career with the Air Force. He was used to hard work and immediately became a production award winner... that has continued every year since. Chuck established himself as Greg Garrett’s top agent (listing, selling or overall) in 1996, 1997 and 1998. When his wife, Lucy, partnered with him in 1999, their business soared. They continued to maintain their position in the company, and have consistently been among the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors' top producers.

Chuck and Lucy typically close 40- 50 transactions for buyers and sellers every year, which translates into 4-5 times what the "average" agent does. Because of their experience and success, they are regularly sought out for counsel and advice by other agents within the company. Chuck has also been invited to participate in focus groups by the Real Estate Information Network to provide his insight into issues of general interest.

Chuck and Lucy manage the business as a team, taking care of "their" clients. Chuck generally works directly with buyers and sellers while Lucy handles the myriad of administrative tasks required to take sales/purchases to successful closings.
