Beverly Gallavan was born in Mobile Ala, raised in New Orleans went to college and educated in Texas and New Orleans Louisiana. Beverly owned a restaurant in New Orleans and also Owned Delta Broadcasting a Marketing Company. She also has spent extensive time in the Middle East serving for the Multi National Force and Observers in a Civilian appointment.

Beverly has been active in the Board of Realtors and Community Service, she was one of the founders of the WoodCreek Farms Women’s Club and served on the board for one year.

Beverly began her career in real estate in 1994 where she had much success. She began with Century 21 and was Rookie of the year, Beverly was also in the Million Dollar Producer Club. After Leaving Century 21, in Louisiana she Sold Real Estate with Ed White and associates, in a commercial aspect. Beverly was VIP Realtor in 1996, and Rookie of the Year in 1998. She has bought and flipped homes in Louisiana reaching a goal of eighteen in one year. While working with Buyers, Beverly goes to the limit. Beverly searches the MLS and calls top producing agents about new listings not yet known in the market. Beverly takes her buyers seriously and works 100% around their schedule to make the buying process easy. While Working with Sellers, she does what it takes and more to get the home sold, from color flyers to personal Virtual Tours to extensive marketing, Beverly does it all.
