Tim Fagan — President, Classified Ventures Real Estate Division

Tim is responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversight of Classified Ventures' two leading real estate businesses, HomeGain and Homescape. Prior to this appointment, Tim held positions of increasing responsibility on Classified Ventures’ Corporate Development and Affiliate Development teams, and was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Apartments.com in January 2001, a separate division of Classified Ventures. Before joining Classified Ventures, Tim spent five years in commercial lending at Bank of America, after three years as a practicing CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, in the General Audit and Business Advisory Services Group. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Louis Cammarosano — General Manager

Louis is the General Manager of HomeGain and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the company. Louis joined HomeGain in January 2005 as HomeGain's General Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and later to Chief Operating Officer. Louis is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law.

Barry James — Vice President, Operations

Barry has 24 years of customer service and operations management experience, including prior stints at Citicorp, State Street Bank, and Visa International. As Vice President of Operations, Barry is responsible for HomeGain's Client Services and Training functions as well as office operations support for HomeGain's staff. Barry holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Towson University in Maryland.

Mandy Grace — Chief Financial Officer

Mandy brings over nine years of Finance and Accounting experience in online business to HomeGain. As CFO, she is responsible for managing all of the finance and accounting functions within the organization. Mandy earned an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
