Louis Cammarosano General Manager 
Louis is the General Manager of
HomeGain and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the company. Louis joined HomeGain in January 2005 as HomeGain's General Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and later to Chief Operating Officer. Louis is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law.
Mandy Hale Chief Financial Officer 
Mandy brings over nine years of Finance and Accounting experience in online business to HomeGain. As CFO, she is responsible for managing all of the finance and accounting functions within the organization. Mandy earned an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
Michael Gwynn - Director of Sales and Revenue 
Michael's primary role is to raise HomeGain's profitability by leading the Sales Team, Channel Sales Department and the National Affiliate Program with a focus on HomeGain's mission: "To connect real estate agents and brokers with home buyers and sellers". His past employers include First American Title Company, Global ATM Access, U.S. Merchant Systems, and Johnson and Johnson's Ethicon. Before entering the corporate world, Michael served as an officer in the United States Army Field Artillery and achieved the rank of Captain. Michael earned a Bachelor's of Science in General Engineering with a Dual Language Concentration in French and German from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Vikas Karandikar - Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Vikas manages the engineering resources related to the development of HomeGain's website. His expertise in information systems architecture enables HomeGain to create innovative products that connect a multitude of real estate clients. Prior to joining HomeGain in 2002, Vikas worked as a Senior Systems Consultant at AT&T and Bank of America. Vikas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from the College of Engineering, Pune, and Master's Degree in Automation from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
Matt Malmgren Director of Client Services 
Matt is responsible for the ongoing strategy, development and day to day operation of HomeGain's Client Services teams, including account management, customer service, CRM operations and training. He joined HomeGain in 2005 as the primary Agent Trainer and was promoted to Manager, Client Services and later to Director of Client Retention and Education. Prior to HomeGain, Matt had four years experience as a manager in the staffing and human resources services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University East Bay.
Jim Ridley Director of WebSite Operations
As Director of WebSite Operations, Jim manages all aspects of the networks, systems, and infrastructure that support HomeGain's websites. Jim's extensive experience managing the many aspects of large, production websites enables HomeGain to maintain its requirement of 4-nines of uptime. Prior to joining HomeGain, Jim managed several large e-commerce portals, including on-line stores for The View, Lucas Film, and CBS MarketWatch. He was Director of WebSite Operations at two Internet SaaS companies, and has worked as a Senior UNIX Administrator for more than 17 years. Jim holds degrees in Surgical Technology (and has previously worked in the field of trauma surgery) and System Administration.
