Louis Cammarosano General Manager 
Louis is the General Manager of
HomeGain and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the company. Louis joined HomeGain in January 2005 as HomeGain's General Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and later to Chief Operating Officer. Louis is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law.
Vikas Karandikar - CTO
Vikas leads the HomeGain's Engineering team which is responsible for the vision, strategy, design, development, quality, and reporting of company's website and products. Previously, Vikas held the roles of Director of Engineering, Application Development Manager, and Senior software engineer at HomeGain and aligned technical execution with business priorities, improving the speed of innovation and development. Vikas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from the College of Engineering, Pune, and Master's Degree in Automation from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
Jim Ridley Director of WebSite Operations
As Director of WebSite Operations, Jim manages all aspects of the networks, systems, and infrastructure that support HomeGain's websites. Jim's extensive experience managing the many aspects of large, production websites enables HomeGain to maintain its requirement of 4-nines of uptime. Prior to joining HomeGain, Jim managed several large e-commerce portals, including on-line stores for The View, Lucas Film, and CBS MarketWatch. He was Director of WebSite Operations at two Internet SaaS companies, and has worked as a Senior UNIX Administrator for more than 17 years. Jim holds degrees in Surgical Technology (and has previously worked in the field of trauma surgery) and System Administration.
Deana Morgan Director of Product
Deana is Director of Product for HomeGain and is responsible for managing the vision, strategy, and design of the company’s website and products as well as affiliated business development partnerships and search engine marketing (including SEO and paid search). After joining HomeGain in 2007, Deana was promoted to Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager and subsequently to Director of Product before adding Business Development. Prior to working at HomeGain, Deana enjoyed a position in sales for IBM selling e-commerce software before being promoted there to Channel Sales Manager. Following side studies in web design, Deana ran a consulting business before becoming the Corporate Web Manager for Landmark Education. Deana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego.
